The service

ZineSketch helps you transform photographs you choose into new digital zine artwork. Generated results may vary. You must own or have permission to use every image and instruction you submit.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your ZineSketch session. Do not transfer or sell an account. We may restrict access when needed to prevent abuse, fraud, or harm.

Credits and payments

New accounts receive 10 complimentary credits. Pro includes 120 credits for $9.99 and Max includes 300 credits for $19.99. These are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically, do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. When enabled, checkout is processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Availability

A credit is consumed only for an accepted generation request. Failed requests should return the charged credits. We may change generation costs prospectively, but already purchased credit balances remain available.

Content and safety

You retain your rights in submitted photographs and results, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You must follow the ZineSketch Acceptable Use Policy. We may block prompts or outputs, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Refunds

Refund rights depend on applicable consumer law and Waffo's merchant-of-record policies. Contact support@zinesketch.com with the order reference. Credits tied to a refunded purchase may be removed from the account.

Liability

ZineSketch is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
