Your memories remain yours.

Information we process

We process your email address, account and credit records, the photographs and creative directions you deliberately submit, generated results, purchase records, and limited security logs needed to operate ZineSketch.

Email verification

We use a server-side transactional email service to deliver one-time codes. Codes expire after ten minutes and are single-use. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. The email service receives only the address and the verification purpose needed to deliver your request.

Payments

When checkout is enabled, Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record and processes payment, tax, billing, and refund information. ZineSketch receives order status and identifiers but does not store complete card or wallet credentials.

Photos and generated content

Photos selected in the browser are not sent to our servers until you start a connected generation request. Before production generation is enabled, ZineSketch will publish the active model provider, moderation process, storage region, and exact retention period. We do not sell your photographs.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by contacting privacy@zinesketch.com. We retain financial records when required by law and security records only as long as reasonably necessary.

Changes

Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to privacy@zinesketch.com.
